Join CREDA for a 3-hour seminar exploring key updates to the 10th Edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR) and the latest Energy Codes (225 CMR 22.00 & 23.00), with a focus on multifamily projects and office-to-residential conversions.

We'll outline how these changes are impacting design, explain how to meet the new permitting expectations, and review turnover trends for both new construction and adaptive reuse.
