DESCRIPTION:Location Change: The first portion of the event will begin at 111 Harbor Way\, instead of 400 Summer St.\nYou're invited to join NAIOP for our annual Holiday Party with a twist! This year will be a three-in-one event\, with our Annual Meeting\, Summer Steps Space Spotlight\, and our Holiday Party at Puttshack. It's a great opportunity to kick off the holiday season by connecting with colleagues and friends across the industry. \nThe event will begin at 4:00pm with a brief year-end Annual Meeting where members will vote in the 2024 NAIOP Massachusetts President Kirk Sykes of Accordia Partners\, as well as Board members with terms expiring in 2026 and welcome the newest member of NAIOP's Board Management Committee\, Patrick Sousa of Marcus Partners. Following the Annual Meeting\, attendees will hear about the latest addition to the Seaport: the Summer Steps - an iconic public gathering place that will provide a critical new pedestrian connection from Summer Street to Congress Street. Guests will then explore the Summer Steps and head to Puttshack where an entire floor will be reserved for the NAIOP Holiday party. Guests will enjoy mini golf\, networking\, food and drink. It's an event not to be missed with several hundred people expected to attend. Sponsorships are limited and the event is expected to sell out.
