Join CREDA Massachusetts for the 2026 Awards Celebration & Annual Meeting at Fenway Park's 521 Overlook for a spectacular evening celebrating the people, projects, and accomplishments shaping commercial real estate.

We’ll recognize this year’s standout projects and exceptional CREDA members during an exciting awards presentation honoring the innovation, leadership, and impact shaping commercial real estate across Massachusetts. Join us to congratulate this year's winners:

• Distinguished Development Award: South Station Tower, Hines
• Urban Development Award: Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (Phase A), Tishman Speyer in partnership with Harvard Allston Land Company
• Outer Urban Development Award: Assembly Innovation Park, BioMed Realty
• Suburban Development Award: The Beck, The Procopio Companies
• Renovation Project Award: One Lincoln, DivcoWest
• Government Affairs Champion Award: Bob Ross, Greenberg Traurig LLP
• President's Award: Andi Simpson, Davis

The event will begin with a brief year-end Annual Meeting, where members will vote to confirm Patrick Sousa of Marcus Partners as the 2027 CREDA Massachusetts President and elect Board members with terms expiring in 2029. The awards, which will be announced in advance of the event, will then be presented.

Attendees can then enjoy a cocktail party with several hundred industry leaders. It’s a great opportunity to kick-off the holiday season, celebrate the accomplishments of the industry, and connect with colleagues and friends in commercial real estate. Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged.
