CREDA Developing Leaders are invited to attend a private networking dinner with 2026 CREDA Board Member Abe Menzin. Abe is the Executive Vice President of Development & Principal at Samuels & Associates. He brings a unique perspective to the business of real estate, with a background in civil engineering, construction, and complex mixed-use urban development. Since joining Samuels & Associates in 2010, he has played a leading role in shaping transformative projects across Boston, including Van Ness, Landmark Center, and Parcel 12.

Abe will share insights on the opportunities and challenges of developing complex urban projects, the changing landscape of Boston real estate, and the intersection of development, community, and placemaking.
